Once the materials are sorted into bins according to WMS instructions, they are picked and sent to the in-house production area, which includes over 60 looms used to manufacture high-quality fabrics.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1185\">At the core of the system is <strong>WonderBot_AMR<\/strong>, an autonomous mobile robot from the CTU range, equipped with a lift and a specially designed gripper capable of transporting up to eight bins at a time. The automated warehouse is built with three rows of double-deep racking, <strong>each 18 meters long, 9 meters high, and 1.27 meters deep, capable of holding up to 3,720 bins.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1353\">The robot operates at a speed of 1.5 meters per second and manages tasks at heights of up to nine meters, ensuring high-density storage and rapid handling operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1679\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Currently, the system runs on a single shift, but plans are already underway to expand to two shifts, with the aim of ensuring greater supply continuity to the production lines. The system operates on an integrated <strong data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"343\">man-to-machine and machine-to-man logic<\/strong>, with a handling capacity of <strong data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"395\">100 totes per hour<\/strong>, evenly split between incoming and outgoing flows.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"627\">Each tote contains up to six yarn spools, with a total weight of <strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"529\">15 kilograms<\/strong>, making the system perfectly calibrated to the client\u2019s specific <strong data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"626\">intralogistics requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"949\">Totes are routed to production machines based on the type of product to be manufactured; they can contain <strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"758\">homogeneous batches<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"781\">mixed materials<\/strong>, depending on the needs. This level of flexibility ensures <strong data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"877\">precise and just-in-time feeding<\/strong>, supporting the smooth operation of the entire <strong data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"948\">production workflow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1417\">The results have been both immediate and measurable. The new <strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1038\">Goods-to-Person system<\/strong> has significantly reduced the <strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1088\">manual workload<\/strong>, minimized the <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1118\">error rate<\/strong>, optimized <strong data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1151\">space utilization<\/strong> by leveraging vertical storage, and accelerated both <strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1239\">inbound and outbound processes<\/strong>, enhancing overall operational efficiency. All of this comes with a higher degree of <strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1340\">scalability<\/strong> compared to traditional systems such as <strong data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1399\">stacker cranes<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1416\">miniloads<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1839\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Notably, the entire installation was completed in just over a month\u2014demonstrating Trascar\u2019s strong capability to deliver <strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1577\">cutting-edge automation solutions<\/strong> with speed and tangible impact on customer performance.
